The tubing hill consists of 6 tubing lanes. Each lane is ~10 ft. wide and contains 18 in. snow curbs to keep you from crashing into others. The lanes are 1,100 ft. long with a 100 ft. vertical drop over the first 500 ft. of track. The remaining 600 feet of track allow the tubes to come to a complete stop. At the bottom of the hill there is a conveyor belt to take you and your tube back to the top. You don't have to drag your tube back up the hill. What could be easier.

There are three different types of tubes. Small, Large and Double. You can link multiple tubes together and come down as one large group. A large group equals more speed and a longer ride.

At the bottom of the hill there are several picnic tables and a fire ring that Snow Trails will keep going. You are permitted to bring your own food and drink

Ages/Restrictions

- There are NO Age or Height restrictions

- Adult supervision is required

- The minimum age for tubing participation is at the discretion of the parent or guardian.

- All riders regardless of age or size, must ride on their own tube. Kid tubes are smaller and the best combination for linking with adult tubes to take your little one.

- It is not uncommon for even two to three year old kids to enjoy a day in the park!

Because of our snow grooming capabilities and snowmaking capacity (we have one of the largest snowmaking systems in the Midwest ), lack of snow is normally not a problem.  During the normal cold spells, we will build up a substantial man-made snow base that should last through most thaws.  So don’t let the weather outside your door fool you!  The weather conditions where you live may not be the same as here in the Possum Run Valley .  Sometimes the difference can be quite dramatic.  If in doubt, before canceling your plans to come tubing, you should check one of our 24-hour SNOWLINES listed in the enclosed brochure.  Our ski/tubing condition reports are updated daily, and we strive to make them as accurate and up-to-date as possible.

If the area is open, and the weather and/or tubing conditions are not what you might consider “favorable”, you can reschedule to attend on another date. Should the ski area not be open for business on your originally scheduled date (due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control), you may call to reschedule for a later date.

Enclosed are “Release of Liability” forms that are required by Snow Trails.  These forms are normally issued upon entry into our Tubing Park ; having them filled out prior to your visit will speed the process for the issuance of your snow tubes.  Minors will need to have a parent or legal guardian sign their release form where indicated.  Alterations to the form should not be made (I.e. crossed out words, etc.).  Forms that have been altered are not acceptable and will not be processed.   You may copy the waiver if more forms are needed, but please turn in waivers with an original signature.

Upon arrival, you will go directly to the Tubing Park located at the east end of the area.  Your group should be instructed to meet at the tubing area by a specified time if arriving in separate vehicles; everyone must go through the tubing ticketing line together.

Your Reservation Number will be on record in our computer under the name of your group and will discount all your tubing tickets.

One Payment:

One person (Robb Rexroad) should make the payment for everyone after the entire group has gone through the ticket line together.  The Group Leader should go first and give their name and the Group Reservation Name.  At that time, the cashier will need to know how many tickets are needed. All free passes will be issued at that time.  Final payment can then be made with cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or money order.  Please note that once the tubing tickets have been purchased, they are not refundable.  Lost, stolen or misplaced tubing tickets cannot and will not be replaced.  They are like cash and should be treated as such.
