PRIZES!!

Any Scout who sells at least one item will receive a popcorn sale patch!  Additionally:

• Online Sale Pin - Sell at least one item online

• Military Donation Patch - Sell at least one Military Donation

• Top Seller Pin - Sell over $1,000 in popcorn

PRIZES - Gift cards will be awarded as prizes this year!  Attend the September pack meeting to learn more and watch for an email for your popcorn kernel.

Pack Funded PRIZES are being awarded again this year!!  Please attend the pack meeting on Wednesday September 10 to learn more!!

Winner's Circle - Any scout selling more than $3,000 will earn a choice of one item from the Winner's Circle IN ADDITION to their other prizes!

CBJ Game - Any scout selling $2,000 will get to attend the CBJ vs NY Islanders on Saturday, February 28 at 6pm.

Order Turn-In

We need to have all Show & Sell excess inventory returned, and order forms and money turned in by Thursday, October 29. You can keep selling up until the moment you turn in your order forms, money, and excess inventory.

If you only collected orders and money, please turn in your order form and money in person.  If we have inventory, we will fill your order at that time (first come, first served).  If we cannot fulfill your order from what is in inventory, we will place an order and you can pick up your order the week of November 22.

** IF YOU DO NOT TURN IN EXTRA POPCORN BY OCTOBER 29, IT IS YOUR POPCORN AND YOU WILL NEED TO PAY FOR IT **

Online Sales

Each family should have received an email from Pecatonica River Popcorn that contains instructions for registering and creating a personalized profile for your scout. This email also contains your scout’s seller ID to sell popcorn. If you did not receive this email and would like to have the ability to register for online sales, please text Lindsay Summers @614.917.3060.  

If you have family out of town that would like to purchase popcorn, you will first need to have your scout registered, then you can direct friends and family to http://www.prpopcornstore.com/. 

Please know that our pack receives 35% of each online sale!

Credit Cards

We are able to accept credit cards during the Neighborhood Blitz using a Square device on smartphones.  There is a 2.9% service fee for doing so which will be passed along to the consumer (since we are a non-profit organization).  We will have a few card readers available at the blitz.  We also accept cash or checks written out to Westerville Pack 966.

Donations

If people do not wish to purchase popcorn, they can make military donations in increments of $25 and popcorn will be shipped to US Troops around the world OR we can accept cash donations of any size that goes straight to our Pack.  Receipts are available for anyone that makes a cash donation (not only for military donations).  Also available is a sheet of receipts for anyone that you have to fulfill a popcorn order for at a later date (most will only use it when selling to people they don’t know).  Please fill out the information & leave it with them so they know how to reach you if necessary.

Important Notes

All tins of Classic Trio, Cheese Lovers, and Chocolate Lovers are packaged individually in a box.  Do not open the boxes unless you intend to purchase them.  We cannot accept (and return to the council) opened boxes of those 3 items.  We are not charged for damaged products.  Please return it to me ASAP so I can return it to the council.

Please remember that we cannot return chocolate products.  Please don’t hold onto these items unless you think that you can sell them!

Remember – No one has dropped out of scouts because their Pack had too much money & did too many cool activities.  Our Pack receives 32% of our Popcorn sales and that helps keep our costs for camping and other fun activities low or even free!

Neighborhood Blitz

Please join us for our Show & Sell sales blitz! (Saturday, September 6 @9am).  Please watch for a follow-up email.  We will hit a few neighborhoods outside of the Mark Twain area and sell popcorn. We will have plenty of popcorn on hand to make sure you can fulfill all orders.  You will need to bring a wagon so you can carry the popcorn around with you.
